Position: Residential and Airbnb Cleaning Specialist (1099 Contractor)

Job Description:

Clean Suite is seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable cleaning staff to join our team in Washington DC. We specialize in cleaning high-end residences and vacation rentals (Airbnb), with a focus on quick property turnovers. Compensation and Benefits:

Pay: $18.25 per hour / Fixed hourly rate

Payment Method: Weekly direct deposit

Employment Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Schedule: Flexible hours (9:00 AM - 5:30 PM); variable end time

Key Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning: Perform deep cleans, standard cleans and move-out cleans in private apartments.

Location: Multiple locations.

Vacation Rental (Airbnb) Turnovers: Perform high-quality cleaning between guest stays, including changing linens, sanitizing surfaces, restocking essentials, and reporting any property damage. Standards: Maintain a 5-star quality standard to ensure satisfaction for both guests and property owners.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in residential or hospitality cleaning.

Transportation: Must have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license to travel between various locations.

Supplies: We provide the equipment at a flexible cost of $0.50 per month (vacuum, mop, and cleaning products).

Communication: Must be responsive and proficient in using smartphone applications.
