Creative Content Coordinator
Job Type
Full-time
Description

Under the glow of studio lights and the rustle of rolling racks, something new is stirring in our creative lair. We’re summoning a Creative Content Coordinator with the rare ability to tame schedules, conjure seamless shoots, and keep every last asset from vanishing into the night.

In this role, you’ll wrangle models like friendly spirits, command pre-production rituals, and oversee photo and video magic from the first eerie brainstorm to the final polished deliverable. You’ll navigate costume changes, licensing labyrinths, and trade-show territories with the confidence of a seasoned monster hunter.

If you can juggle timelines without turning into a pumpkin, keep cross-functional teams aligned like a coven under a full moon, and bring order to the beautiful madness of creative production… then step into our lair. Your next adventure awaits.

What you'll do:

  • Manage all pre-production logistics for lifestyle shoots, including sourcing and confirming talent (models), locations, and product assortment (tops and hero items).
  • Review all incoming photo types and confirm every required asset is captured and accounted for before a shoot wraps.
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings for all photo and video shoots, aligning teams on timelines, deliverables, and roles.
  • Conduct daily checks on the photoshoot workflow, managing a variety of costume reviews per day to ensure production stays on schedule.
  • Handle all incoming requests related to photo and video production, triaging and prioritizing based on deadlines and business needs.
  • Partner with team manager prior to each shoot to identify which product videos are needed and ensure all required items are staged and ready.
  • Build and distribute detailed shoot schedules specifying model assignments, start and end times, and costume rotations.
  • Oversee photo review during and after the shoot, ensuring quality standards are met and all required photo types are delivered.
  • Manage model tracking, including hours worked and mileage, and ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
  • Own and maintain the master video list, keeping it current across active and upcoming projects.
  • Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans — confirming product inventory, booking models, building shoot schedules, and coordinating all moving parts. Plan and prepare shoot environments, selecting locations, designing lighting setups, and building sets, to name a few, as needed.
  • Own all content creation for licensor marketing partnerships, ensuring assets meet partner specifications and brand guidelines.
  • Manage licensing submissions across all asset categories, including marketing materials, product photography, product videos, and license-specific high-production content.
  • Lead coordination for licensor collaborations, serving as the primary creative production contact from brief to delivery.
  • Lead planning and execution for trade shows and events, including booth design and logistics, product selection, and shipping coordination.
  • Build and manage comprehensive travel itineraries for the team, ensuring all personnel, product, and materials arrive on time and on budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
