Job Description:
We are seeking a full-time Social Studies Teacher for our 7th grade Texas History courses beginning during the 2026-27 school year. Hyde Park Schools looks for educators who are passionate about uniquely engaging students, who connect strongly with them and their families, and who want to be part of a team that is continually seeking to strengthen and encourage each other. Our teachers demonstrate a strong faith and to use their professional skills as educators to incorporate a biblical worldview through their classroom instruction in order to encourage students to reach their God-given potential. Highly qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in education. A Texas state issued teacher certification and prior teaching experience is strongly preferred. Salary is based on a scale and is commensurate with your experience.
