JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking for a street warrior—someone wired to dominate retail and win in every account. The Sales Specialist owns the street: building and leveraging relationships with key retailers and distributor partners to drive distribution, command the shelf with disruptive POS, and turn visibility into velocity. This role is all about execution—hitting both independent and chain accounts with urgency and creating a standout in-store presence. You will manage your territory through planning, execution, and performance tracking aligned with our General Manager. This role requires travel (approximately 4 days per month) and participation in occasional market-wide initiatives outside your assigned territory.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner      with distributors to execute sales and promotional programs 
  • Build      strong relationships with distributor sales reps to ensure focus on      Chuck-It products 
  • Drive      new distribution, displays, and in-store visibility across key accounts 
  • Execute      pricing, programming, and POS initiatives in alignment with company      strategy 
  • Collaborate      with internal teams to ensure consistent execution 
  • Maintain      accountability for assigned budgets and market performance 
  • Ensure      merchandising standards are met, including in-store displays and permanent      POS placements 
  • Develop      and maintain strong relationships with retailers and key decision-makers 
  • Participate      in promotional events and sampling activations to drive awareness and      trial 
  • Educate      partners on product offerings, compliance considerations, and new launches      
  • Represent      Chuck-It as a brand ambassador in all external interactions 
  • Support      special projects and initiatives as needed 
Requirements

 SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High      school diploma or GED required; additional education or relevant      experience preferred 
  • 1–2      years of experience in outside sales, beverage, CPG, or related field 
  • Strong      communication and relationship-building skills 
  • Comfortable      working in a highly regulated, evolving industry (cannabis/Delta-9      experience a plus) 
  • Proficiency      in Microsoft Office or similar tools 
  • Willingness      to travel as needed
