Description

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to senior leadership, managing scheduling, travel coordination, and key operational tasks. This role supports multiple leaders and ensures day-to-day activities run smoothly through strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage varying priorities. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage business and personal calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Prepare and update monthly presentations (PowerPoint)
  • Provide administrative support to additional leadership team members as needed
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and ad hoc projects
Requirements
  • Prior experience supporting executives or senior leadership
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing workload demands
