Position Overview:


We are seeking motivated and empathetic interns pursuing degrees in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields. This internship provides hands-on experience in youth and family support, case management, and Wraparound philosopy, while working alongside experienced professionals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support case managers and learn how to submit documentation
  • Shadow Care Managers and observe family-team meetings
  • Learn about mental health and social service resources
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines


Requirements

 Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Basic organizational and documentation skills

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

  • Prior volunteer or internship experience in social services or mental health
  • Knowledge of behavioral and mental health interventions
  • Familiarity with case management systems
