The AI Product Builder is responsible for turning unclear business ideas into live, automated business systems by leveraging existing AI tools, platforms, and integrations. The primary work is orchestrating and deploying AI-powered workflows and internal tools that deliver measurable business outcomes, not building software from scratch. You will work directly with leadership and operators across multiple operating companies to identify opportunities, design solutions, and ship usable tools quickly. Success is defined by adoption, speed, and ROI, not code quality or architectural purity. If you prefer detailed technical specifications, deep engineering ownership, or spending most of your time writing traditional code, this role will not be a fit.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Translate vague, nontechnical business problems into clear, actionable system designs
- Identify opportunities where existing AI tools and automation can reduce cost, increase revenue, or save time
- Design and deploy internal dashboards, workflows, automations, and AI agents using AI-first build methods
- Use AI tools as the primary execution engine rather than extensive custom software development
- Connect systems using APIs, automation platforms, and low-code or no-code tools
- Ship working systems rapidly and iterate based on real usage and feedback
- Track adoption and business impact for every system delivered
- Communicate progress, outcomes, and blockers clearly to stakeholders
- Document systems to enable reuse and scaling
Qualifications
Required:
o Demonstrated experience delivering tools or systems that produced
measurable business impact
o Experience using AI tools to automate or accelerate work
o Authorized to work in the United States
o This role does not oer current or future visa sponsorship
Strongly Preferred:
o Background in operations, product, consulting, or internal tools
o Experience building internal systems
o Exposure to logistics, supply chain, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or staffing
Skills
- Hands-on use of AI tools to build workflows, automations, and internal tools
- Experience with automation or internal tooling platforms
- Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Abilities
- Ability to operate effectively with incomplete information
- Strong business judgment and comfort making rapid tradeoff decisions
- Ability to deconstruct messy problems into simple systems
- Comfort working directly with nontechnical stakeholders
- Ability to drive work independently from idea to deployment
Important Clarification
This role focuses on assembling and operating automated business systems using existing AI tools. It is not a traditional software engineering role. Success depends on outcomes, speed, and adoption, not writing clean code or designing perfect architectures.
