Position Overview

We are seeking a Discovery Clerk to support our Litigation Department. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 1–3 years of litigation or employment law experience, as well as entry-level candidates looking to grow in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with drafting, propounding, and responding to discovery requests 
• Organize and maintain case files, exhibits, and supporting documentation 
• Calendar deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures 
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit and binder organization 
• Manage case materials and documentation within Filevine 
• Communicate with internal teams and assist with case coordination 
• Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys as needed

• 1-3 years of experience in discovery, litigation support, or a related legal role preferred 
• Experience handling discovery in personal injury, employment law, or other litigation practice areas preferred 
• Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and writing skills are encouraged to apply 
• Basic understanding of the California Code of Civil Procedure preferred 
• Familiarity with Filevine or similar case management systems is a plus 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• This position is fully on-site; remote or hybrid work is not available

Hourly Range: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (DOE)
