Requirements
Position Summary
The Yard Associate supports daily yard operations by handling, inspecting, preparing, and maintaining equipment while keeping the yard clean, organized, and safe.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move equipment safely
- Inspect equipment, take photos, and complete documentation
- Clean and prepare rental equipment for use
- Perform basic maintenance and assist with new equipment setup
- Maintain yard and shop cleanliness
- Support technicians and branch operations as needed
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer and mobile device skills
- Good communication and reliability
- Forklift experience (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work outdoors in all conditions
