Our Body Shop team plays a critical role in bringing vehicles—and customer confidence—back to life.

We’re looking for a Body Shop Estimator who combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to guide customers through the repair process with clarity and confidence.

What You’ll Do:

Be the Expert

• Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair needs 
• Create detailed repair estimates using systems like CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex 
• Identify structural, cosmetic, and mechanical damage following OEM repair standards 
• Document findings with photos and notes to support repairs and approvals 

Guide the Customer Experience

• Clearly explain repair plans, timelines, and expectations to customers  
• Serve as the main point of contact throughout the repair process 
• Build trust through transparency, responsiveness, and professionalism 

Partner with Insurance Providers

• Communicate and negotiate with insurance adjusters 
• Submit and manage supplements as additional damage is discovered 
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and DRP programs 

Keep Repairs Moving

• Collaborate with technicians, painters, parts, and vendors to keep workflow on track 
• Monitor repair progress and adjust estimates as needed 
• Help ensure parts and resources align with repair timelines 

Deliver Quality & Accuracy

• Ensure all estimates meet OEM guidelines and dealership standards 
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation throughout the repair process 
• Review final repair orders before delivery to ensure everything is right 

What You Bring

• Experience in collision repair estimating or body shop operations (preferred) 
• Familiarity with estimating platforms such as CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills 
• High attention to detail and organization 
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and timelines at once 
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
