Key Responsibilities 

  • Design & develop and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate 
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and  estimate ROI 
  • Develop Python and C# scripts for data transformation, validation, and integration within automation workflows 
  • Write and optimize SQL queries to support RPA bots with reliable data extraction and updates 
  • Leverage Azure cloud services for bot deployment, monitoring, and  scalability 
  • Implement exception handling, retry logic, and error notifications in automated  workflows 
  • Document process flows, bot logic, and deployment runbooks for operational handoff 
  • Test  automation solutions comprehensively and debug issues in complex multi-system environments 
  • Ensure RPA implementations meet SOC 2 compliance, HIPAA requirements, and healthcare security standards 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring bot performance and optimizing workflows over time 
Requirements

  

Required Qualifications 

  • 5-7 years of professional RPA development experience with at least one major RPA platform (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Power Automate) 
  • Proficiency in Python or C# for scripting and workflow automation 
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and validation 
  • Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform services 
  • Understanding of healthcare business processes, RCM workflows, or healthcare IT operations 
  • Experience documenting process flows and technical specifications clearly 
  • Knowledge of SOC 2 compliance and HIPAA security requirements 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional  experience 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience  with multiple RPA platforms 
  • Healthcare  RCM domain expertise 
  • Exposure  to API development and integration patterns 
  • Experience with bot lifecycle management and monitoring tools 
  • Understanding  of exception management and remediation in RPA 
  • Familiarity  with Process Mining tools to identify automation opportunities
