The US Head of Growth will lead the demand generation of the company's US ecommerce business. We are looking for an entrepreneur who has experience profitably growing an ecommerce platform. This role will drive consumer demand growth and will be responsible for optimizing LTV/CAC ratio. The candidate needs to be a senior level candidate who has experienced fast paced ecommerce growth and is comfortable building a marketing/growth team from the ground up.. This position will be a senior member of the company and report to co-founders and based in Silicon Valley.


What You Will Achieve

  • Own the strategy, budget and execution of demand generation to drive $10M+ sales growth and profitability of US ecommerce business in 2021.
  • Lead overall planning, forecasting, and optimization of a multi-channel customer acquisition strategy that will drive significant new customer and revenue growth.
  • Work with the product team to innovate new product features to help demand acquisition.
  • Grow a high-productive growth team and develop a network of appropriate agencies that can scale with the company.


Requirements

What You Should Already Have:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in marketing or engineering field. Minimum 3 years of ecommerce experience in industry.
  • Hands-on experience with mainstream social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok. Familiarity with basic SEO and ASO. Comfortable in Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other Display Advertising platforms.
  • Highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter with the ability to process and understand large data sets
  • Familiarity with key growth concepts such as CAC, LTV, activation, retention, churn, cohorts, etc, and an ability to leverage these types of metrics to drive effective and impactful decision making.
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English is a strong plus.
