Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Give comprehensive physical exams and women’s health screenings/exams. 
  • Order and interpret labs to create a treatment plan and goals for the patient based on protocol and policy outlined by medical director. 
  • Lead clinical and non-clinical team to best serve our patients. 
  • Offer, educate, and implement ancillary services to our patients. 
  • Efficiently and effectively document all encounters.
Requirements

  

  • Education: Graduated from a board approved Physician Assistant Program; Licensed as a PA in the State of Nebraska; CPR/ ACLS or BLS. 
  • Federal DEA licensure. 
  • Appropriate certification and currently licensed.
  • 3+ years’ experience in women’s health relating to gynecology strongly preferred.
  • Function with autonomy and able to make independent decisions while functioning as part of a comprehensive team. 
  • Effectively communicate in verbal and written forms. 
  • Comprehend and follow and update policy, procedure, guidelines, and protocols. 
  • Analytical ability to review internal processes needing improvement and make suggestions. 
  • Interpersonal skills to manage and develop the staff within the work group and to participate on provider team.

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

  • Extensive background in women’s health and gynecology. 
  • Certification and experience in aesthetic/cosmetic injectables and procedures. 
  • Familiar with hormone therapy treatment and diagnosis. 
  • Fertility experience
