Position Overview

The LNHA is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and success of the facility. This role ensures high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, strong financial performance, and a positive culture for staff and residents alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership for the facility 
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff 
  • Drive census growth and maintain strong community relationships 
  • Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and resource allocation 
  • Promote a culture focused on quality care, safety, and resident satisfaction 
  • Implement quality improvement initiatives and monitor outcomes 

Qualifications

  • Active Ohio Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license (required) 
  • Minimum 1–3 years of LNHA experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills 
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and improve operational performance 
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and reimbursement processes
