Customer Service Inside Sales Representative

Christ Panos Foods is looking for a high-energy, customer-obsessed Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing, team-oriented organization. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment and enjoys blending customer service, inside sales, and account management.

As a key member of our team, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring seamless order execution, resolving issues proactively, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.


Responsibilities & Duties: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships
  • Manage end-to-end order processing via phone, email, and internal systems with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide real-time product knowledge, including pricing, availability, and order status updates
  • Support inside sales initiatives through upselling, cross-selling, and promoting featured products
  • Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Maintain clean and accurate account data, pricing, and order records
  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and urgency
  • Contribute to a continuous improvement mindset, identifying ways to enhance processes and service levels

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm & every other Saturday as needed. This role is 100% in office.

Requirements
  • Bilingual Preferred: Spanish and English 
  • 2-4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support in a food distribution environment. 
  • Experience in food distribution, foodservice, or wholesale strongly preferred 
  • Strong phone, email, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving mindset with a customer first attitude
