Tobacco Hut is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Retail Operations Supervisor to help maintain high standards across our store locations. This position is primarily office-based and focuses on monitoring store performance, ensuring consistency, and supporting overall operations, with regular travel to store locations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, holding teams accountable, and making sure everything runs the way it should.

Pay Rate: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor store conditions and ensure locations are clean, organized, and fully stocked

Conduct routine store audits and follow up on any issues that need correction

Travel to store locations as needed to perform in-person checks and support operations

Ensure all locations are operating in line with company standards and procedures

Track performance and identify opportunities to improve consistency and efficiency

Communicate regularly with store teams to reinforce expectations and resolve issues

Review reports and provide updates to leadership on store performance

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail operations, supervision, or multi-location support preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to enforce standards

Excellent communication and follow-up skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Ability to travel between store locations as needed

Self-motivated, dependable, and solutions-focused
