We are seeking a Customer Support & Operations Associate to support our Houston location. This role is primarily focused on providing excellent customer service over the phone and by email, while also assisting with on-site mail operations and fingerprinting services.
This is a customer-facing role where responsiveness, communication, and attention to detail are critical.
Key Responsibilities (Reordered by Priority):
- Provide customer support via phone and email for PostScan Mail services
- Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and follow up on customer tickets to ensure resolution
- Receive, sort, and process incoming mail and packages
- Perform mail scanning, forwarding, and related service requests
- Assist walk-in customers with mail pickup and basic inquiries
- Perform Live Scan fingerprinting services for Certifix applicants (training provided)
- Maintain organization of the workspace and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Follow company procedures for mail handling, security, and compliance
