As Alexander Group continues to expand its market presence and digital capabilities, the firm is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize digital programs that increase brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads.
Position Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that support Alexander Group’s brand, thought leadership, and lead generation goals. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels including paid media, organic search, social media, email marketing, and the firm’s website.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and adaptable, with the ability to use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and audience engagement.
Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid media, social platforms, email marketing, display advertising, and content syndication.
- Manage and optimize programmatic and paid advertising initiatives, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.
Website, Content & Experience Optimization
- Optimize website traffic, user experience, and conversion rates through SEO, content marketing, and CRO best practices.
- Partner with the portfolio marketing team to build and manage a digital content and distribution calendar aligned to brand messaging and priorities.
Email & Marketing Automation
- Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, partnering with the broader marketing team on list management, content development, segmentation, and deployment.
- Ensure consistent execution and optimization of email performance metrics.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
- Measure, monitor, and report on digital marketing performance using KPIs and ROI analysis.
- Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting.
- Leverage analytics tools to support continuous testing and optimization efforts.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative assets and execute campaigns.
- Partner cross-functionally to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices across digital marketing activities.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 12–18 months, the Digital Marketing Specialist will have achieved the following:
- High-Impact Digital Campaigns: Consistent execution of digital campaigns that drive increased website traffic, engagement, and qualified lead generation
- Measurable Performance: Clear reporting and optimization of digital marketing efforts with demonstrated improvements in ROI and conversion metrics
- Strong Channel Execution: Well-managed social media, email, paid media, and SEO programs that support brand visibility and growth objectives
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Effective partnership with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver cohesive and timely campaigns
- Continuous Improvement: Active use of data and insights to test, learn, and refine digital strategies in a changing digital landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
- 5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertising
- Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and paid media
- Proficiency with web analytics and social media platforms
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Professional services or B2B experience preferred

Salary Range: $72,000 – $82,000 base salary. Bonus eligible
