Do you have a strong eye for detail, enjoy working with documentation and data, and take pride in ensuring standards are met? Are you motivated by accuracy, timeliness, and supporting quality outcomes for children and families?

If so, Mainstream Nonprofit Solutions is looking for a Compliance Specialist to join our Texas Quality Management Center team.
In this role, you will:

• Oversee placement documentation compliance, including Attachment A, Placement Summaries, Child Bill of Rights, and 2085 series documents
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, properly signed, and uploaded within required DFPS timeframes
• Monitor data integrity within internal and external systems and address discrepancies
• Lead internal quality monitoring efforts and coordinate follow-up and remediation across departments
• Track deadlines, complete required reports, and support continuous compliance improvement

What we’re looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a human services field preferred
• Experience in Texas child welfare strongly preferred
• Strong ability to manage time-sensitive documentation workflows
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable reviewing technical, legal, and regulatory documents

Additional details:

• Office-based position
• Occasional weekend work and travel required; valid driver’s license required
