Human Resources Assistant/Customer Service Receptionist

Arch Fitters is a manufacturing facility for arch supports serving doctors around the nation. As an HR & Customer Service Assistant on our team, you will perform a variety of employee related office tasks and be involved with customer service for the doctors we service. Our customers deserve the best products, and we are looking for someone to help deliver this service. Applicants must:

• Be dependable
• Show up & arrive on time
• 18 years or older
• Have proficiency in use of Computer Programs and Spreadsheets
• Have professional verbal and writing skills to communicate with doctors
• Have a knack for excellent customer service
• Be able to work Monday-Friday 8am-12:30pm for training and Monday-Friday 8am-4pm after training
• Be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Abide by HIPAA laws and regulations
• Receive and process mail
• Answer calls and emails from doctors/clinics
• Assist in interdepartmental duties

Perform HR Tasks:

• Manage employee timecards & adjustments
• Filing/scanning sensitive files and employee information
• Administer employee attendance
• Resolve employees' daily questions
• Assist employees in their daily activities

Assist in:

• Onboarding
• Safety walks
• Corrective actions
• Employee file record keeping
• Terminations 
• Employee 401k education
• Employee health insurance education
• First Aid training/administering

• Excellent communication to others regarding your work
• Demonstrate quality professional listening and empathy to all employees while enforcing policy

Job Type: Part-Time, Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $18/hour
