Description
In this role, you will:
- Review and plan all non-emergency maintenance work orders
- Define job scope and determine the most efficient execution approach
- Identify and coordinate required materials, tools, and resources
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules, including preventive maintenance (PM) activities
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and facility leadership to prioritize work
- Ensure safety requirements are integrated into all maintenance planning activities
- Maintain accurate records, job plans, and planner reference systems
- Monitor schedule execution and ensure completed work orders are properly documented
- Conduct post-job reviews to improve maintenance processes and PM programs
- Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean tools such as 5S and Kaizen
- Communicate effectively with maintenance, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Represent ENTEK with professionalism and uphold company values
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of maintenance planning and work management processes
- Experience with CMMS systems and related software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume maintenance or manufacturing environment
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and scheduling
- Knowledge of skilled trades such as electrical, mechanical, HVAC, hydraulics, or plumbing
- Experience supporting reliability or continuous improvement initiatives
Your Work Schedule
- This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Some flexibility may be required based on maintenance and operational needs.
