Job Summary

Responsible for performing catering functions for off-site Live Nation events such as concerts and shows for the bands’ road crew. Events are primarily in downtown Cleveland and Akron areas.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to our banquet guests.
  • Performs simple food preparation.
  • Maintains buffet.
  • Maintains cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the dining room and surrounding area. 
  • Washes dishes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

Off-site conditions vary by location, may work in heat, cold, damp, outdoor conditions

Requirements

Education and Experience (E = Essential D = Desired)

  • High School education or equivalent
  • Previous restaurant hospitality or food service experience desirable
  • Must have own reliable transportation 
  • Dependable
