  • Look Sharp: Always maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance in your company shirt. 
  • Positive Vibes: Be courteous, friendly, and respectful to everyone you meet. Remember, you're a "rolling billboard" for our company!
  • Solve Problems: Handle small customer concerns professionally. For bigger issues, reach out to management – we're here to help!
  • Stay Connected: Keep us in the loop about any route or customer changes daily.
    • Detailed Notes: Log all delivery notes in the computer so everyone's on the same page.
    • No Skipped Stops: Never miss a stop without talking to the office and the customer first.
  • Keep it Private: Always protect customer confidentiality and their personal information.

3. Handle Garments with Care:

  • Accuracy is Key: Before you leave the plant, double-check that all orders are complete and match the manifest.
  • Gentle Touch: Treat all garments and customer property with extreme care to prevent any damage. 

Track Everything: Scan all orders accurately when loading and upon delivery 

Requirements

 

To be considered for this role, candidates are required to meet the following criteria:

  • Be a minimum of 21 years of age and possess at least three years of experience behind the wheel.
  • Hold a current, valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating the Tampa Bay region or the capacity to follow precise directions.
  • Possess the physical ability to lift 30-pound bags into a delivery van, as well as the agility to bend and twist at the knees and waist.
  • Display strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with others.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and the capability to manage time and work tasks independently.
  • Maintain a high level of trustworthiness, reliability, and dependability.
  • Confirm availability for consistent, full-time employment throughout the entire year.
