Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Commercial and Marketing teams through high-impact reporting and analytics. In this role, you will design and enhance dashboards, translate business questions into actionable insights, and provide clear visibility into revenue performance, customer behavior, product trending, and marketing effectiveness. 


You will partner with Commercial leaders, Sales team, Marketing team, Data Warehousing team, and Data Scientists to build scalable reporting solutions that support both daily operations and strategic initiatives. 


This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, building intuitive data products, delivering insights, and partnering with key commercial leaders that drive measurable outcomes. 


About the Business Intelligence & Analytics Team 


The Business Intelligence & Analytics team is a central partner to the business, helping leaders move from data to decision with clarity and confidence. We work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-impact initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards surrounding critical Sales and Marketing operations 
  • Translate evolving business requirements into intuitive, scalable reporting solutions 
  • Build reporting across key commercial KPIs including revenue performance, pipeline, customer acquisition, campaign effectiveness, retentions, etc. 
  • Serve as frontline support for BI tools — troubleshoot issues, answer user questions, and prioritize enhancements 
  • Identify gaps or opportunities in reporting and recommend improvements 
  • Conduct stakeholder training and create documentation to increase adoption and data literacy 
  • Partner with Data Warehousing team to ensure reliable, well-modeled data sources 
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists to operationalize analytical models into production dashboards 
  • Support high-priority, cross-functional initiatives requiring rapid analytical turnaround 
Requirements

Qualifications 

  • 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Reporting roles 
  • Strong Tableau development experience (dashboard design, calculated fields, parameters, performance optimization) 
  • Proficiency in SQL 
  • Experience working with commercial, sales, and marketing performance metrics 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity 
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
