Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares foods according to specifications and quality standards established in recipes and procedures
- Prepares equipment and food based on forecasted needs and events
- Maintains working knowledge of all kitchen machinery operations
- Maintains updated knowledge related to current menu options, preparation methods and techniques, and ingredients
- Maintains appropriate inventory controls and dates all incoming products
- Assists in ordering, receiving, and storing of all food and beverage related products
- Assists in monitoring and upholding policies and procedures for safety of guests and team members
- Assists in maintaining cleanliness throughout the department
- Assists team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency?
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
