As an Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting senior leadership by managing day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and creating the structure needed for leaders to focus on high-impact work.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing time effectively
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agendas, and follow-ups
  • Support leadership with email management, drafting communications, and tracking action items
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for meetings and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a point of coordination across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and timelines
  • Track key initiatives and follow up on deliverables to ensure progress and accountability
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting as needed
  • Support planning and execution of company events, meetings, and off-sites
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency in day-to-day operations


$60,000-$75,000 Annually 

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience supporting executives or senior leaders (fast-paced or high-growth environment preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing needs
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Proficiency with calendar management, spreadsheets, and presentation tools
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Salary Description
$60,000-$75,000 Annually
