Position Overview

Windsor Hospitality is seeking a driven and hands-on Corporate People & Culture Manager. Based in our Santa Monica corporate office, this role serves as a key partner to the VP of People & Culture, supporting a portfolio of 9 hotel properties.

The Manager, People & Culture is responsible for supporting and driving execution of People & Culture initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with the VP to implement programs, improve processes, and provide day-to-day support to the field, ensuring consistency and operational effectiveness across the portfolio. 

 

Essential Functions

  • Support L&D, Talent Acquisition, Safety, Employee Relations and other People programs across the hotel portfolio.
  • Partner closely with peers to help drive process improvements, policy updates, and organizational programs. 
  • Assist in the management and optimization of the HRIS platform, including reporting, audits, and maintaining data integrity. 
  • Provide day-to-day support to field People & Culture Managers and Partners on HR best practices, compliance questions, and operational challenges. 
  • Support cross-functional projects such as engagement surveys, compensation reviews, and talent processes. 
  • Prepare and maintain reporting for headcount, turnover, compliance tracking, and other key people metrics. 
  • Assist in vendor coordination related to HRIS, background checks, and People & Culture systems. 
  • Represent the People & Culture function in meetings and initiatives, providing updates and support as needed. 
  • Support the People & Culture team with day-to-day operational execution and follow-through on key initiatives.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and sound judgement, with guidance as needed. 
  • Must be able to identify issues and work towards practical, scalable solutions. 
Requirements

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 
  • Minimum 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, including experience in a generalist or HR manager capacity. 
  • Multi-site HR experience preferred; hospitality experience a plus. 
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, investigations, and employment law (California experience preferred). 
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Paylocity a plus), including reporting and basic system functionality. 
  • Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred.
Salary Description
Up to $85,000
