Description

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. In this role, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams—handling inquiries, processing orders, preparing quotes, and ensuring a seamless experience from pre-sale through post-sale.


What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer and internal inquiries via phone and email 
  • Prepare quotes, enter orders, and ensure accurate pricing 
  • Track shipments, expedite orders, and provide status updates 
  • Resolve customer issues 
  • Manage returns (RMAs) 
  • Support the outside sales team with orders, samples, and requests 
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, and internal teams

Requirements
  •  2+ years of customer service experience preferred (B2B a plus) – will train      the right candidate
  • 2+ years of similar product experience preferred
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently 
  • High attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Familiarity with the automation industry/similar product lines
  • Basic math skills and comfort with systems
  • ERP experience required (P21 experience a plus but not required)
  • Microsoft office experience 
  • Outlook proficiency 
  • Bi-lingual a plus but not required
