WHAT YOU’LL DO

Primary Responsibilities

Attendant Duties

? Direct and manage vehicle traffic at garage entrances, exits, and key congestion points

? Provide guidance to drivers to help locate available parking spaces

? Monitor garage capacity and communicate updates to the team

? Support pedestrian safety by maintaining clear walkways and crosswalks

? Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries

? Communicate with team members and supervisors to report issues or needs in real time

Maintenance Duties

? Sweep and clean garage floors, stairwells, and common areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment

? Empty trash receptacles and ensure waste is properly disposed of throughout the shift

? Identify and report any damage, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to supervisors promptly

? Restock supplies such as cleaning materials and other facility necessities as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Requirements

? Must be able to stand, walk, and work outdoors for the duration of the shift

? Ability to remain calm and professional in high-traffic or fast-paced situations

? Excellent verbal communication and people skills

? Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented

? Previous experience in parking and traffic control is strongly encouraged
