Job Summary: The Senior Salesforce Developer is a senior individual contributor within Program Productions' engineering organization, responsible for the architecture, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions across the ProCrewz platform — supporting sports broadcast labor staffing, scheduling, payroll, and invoicing workflows.


General Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Salesforce development across core pods: Scheduling, Event Execution, Payroll & Invoicing, and Pricing & Quoting
  • Architect and deliver scalable, well-documented solutions on Salesforce (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations)
  • Collaborate with Product Managers on backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery
  • Enforce SDLC standards including Bitbucket, Gearset, AccelQ, and sandbox management protocols
  • Mentor mid-level Salesforce developers and uphold code review standards
  • Support acquisition integrations from a Salesforce architecture perspective
  • Partner with the CTO on AI/automation strategy, third-party integrations, and platform roadmap
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture including governor limits, security model, and data model design
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, Gearset or equivalent deployment tooling, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to lead technical delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong communication skills; comfortable working directly with product and business stakeholders
  • Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or System Architect) (Preferred)
  • Experience with HCM, staffing, or workforce management platforms (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with sports media, broadcast production, or live events industry (Preferred)
  • Exposure to AI/automation tooling within Salesforce ecosystems (Preferred)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000 to $160,000, plus benefits as applicable. This position is not eligible for stocks and/or stock options. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
