What You’ll Do as an HVAC Service Technician

• Run residential service calls (diagnose, repair, and maintain systems)
• Present options and solutions to homeowners
• Deliver a 5-star experience on every call
• Work on heat pumps, gas furnaces, air handlers, and condensers
• Stay efficient, organized, and customer-focused

What We’re Looking For in an HVAC Service Technician

•  Minimum 2 years of experience as a residential HVAC service technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable with sales and presenting options
• EPA certification required
•  Valid driver's license and insurable driving record 
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus
• Someone who wants to stay busy and make money

Pay & Incentives:

• Competitive hourly pay
• Performance incentives on top of your hourly pay, tied to weekly revenue goals and equipment sales
