What You’ll Do
Lead the Hospital Reopening
- Partner with leadership and the Medical Director to prepare the hospital for a successful reopening
- Help rebuild a strong, collaborative team culture
- Establish workflows, processes, and operational standards
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, hire, and onboard veterinary support staff
- Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability for the team
- Foster a positive, supportive, and high-performing work environment
Hospital Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily hospital operations and ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor key performance metrics and help drive hospital growth
- Manage scheduling, staffing, and operational priorities
Financial & Inventory Management
- Manage hospital budgets and expenses, including inventory and labor
- Ensure effective inventory management and supply ordering
- Partner with leadership to support the hospital’s financial success
Client Experience
- Promote an exceptional client experience and high-quality patient care
- Support the team in handling client concerns and creating lasting relationships with pet owners
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of veterinary practice management experience required
- Proven experience leading teams and managing hospital operations
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing budgets, inventory, and operational performance
- A proactive leader who thrives in building systems and teams
- Experience helping open or relaunch a veterinary hospital is a plus.
