POSITION: Clinical Supervisor, Spravato Services

The Impact of this Role:   

The Clinical Supervisor, Spravato Services serves as both a practicing advanced clinician and a clinical operations leader, responsible for ensuring safe, compliant, and consistent delivery of Spravato (es-ketamine) and ketamine services. This role maintains an active clinical caseload while directly supervising advanced practice providers delivering Spravato services. The Clinical Supervisor is accountable for provider performance, scheduling oversight, compliance adherence, and team alignment, ensuring that clinical excellence and operational expectations are met across all locations. By establishing clear standards, reinforcing accountability, and maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration, this role protects patient safety, strengthens provider performance, and ensures a cohesive, efficient, and effective Spravato services at all OHCP locations.  


What You’ll be Doing:  


Direct Clinical Care 

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations related to major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression, including review of psychiatric history, prior medication trials, and treatment discontinuations. 
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans for patients receiving ketamine and es-ketamine therapy. 
  • Provide direct ambulatory clinical care, including administration and monitoring of Spravato/ketamine treatments in accordance with REMS requirements and established protocols. 
  • Perform clinical examinations and office procedures within scope of practice and clinical guidelines. 
  • Monitor for adverse reactions, manage patient safety concerns, and escalate issues appropriately. 
  • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation within the EMR. 

Provider Supervision & Accountability 

  • Directly supervise advanced practice providers (PAs and/or NPs) delivering Spravato services. 
  • Maintain oversight of provider schedules, clinic coverage, and time accountability, working closely with Medical Office Coordinators and Medical Office Supervisor to ensure continuity of care and appropriate staffing. 
  • Enforce adherence to clinical protocols, documentation standards, licensure requirements, and regulatory obligations. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, real-time feedback, and corrective coaching when expectations are not met. 
  • Address workflow inefficiencies, communication breakdowns, and clinical variances promptly and professionally. 
  • Reinforce a culture of accountability, teamwork, and shared responsibility for patient outcomes. 
  • Support infusion operations with clinical guidance 

Clinical Operations & Communication Leadership 

  • Serve as the primary clinical point of contact between providers, Medical Office Coordinators, infusion teams, pharmacy, intake, and billing. 
  • Translate organizational strategy and enterprise goals into clear, actionable messaging that drives alignment, engagement, and execution across Spravato operations. 
  • Establish and maintain structured communication processes to reduce risk, improve coordination, and enhance the patient experience. 
  • Support training of providers, including clinical protocols, REMS compliance, documentation expectations, and workflow standards. 
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements related to scheduling, follow-up care, provider utilization, and clinic efficiency. 
  • Support consistent execution of Spravato services across all sites. 

Who You’ll be Working With:  

The Clinical Supervisor, Spravato Services works in close partnership with advanced practice providers delivering Spravato services, providing clinical guidance and day-to-day leadership. This role also collaborates closely with Medical Office Coordinators and the Medical Office Coordinator Supervisor to ensure efficient scheduling, smooth patient flow, and operational consistency. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor partners with pharmacists, Infusion Care Coordinators, and procurement teams to support medication management, Spravato and infusion workflows, and supply readiness. Through regular interaction with operational, clinical, and administrative partners supporting Spravato and infusion services, this role serves as a  

central point of coordination, functioning as both a clinical anchor and an operational stabilizer for the Spravato program. 


Skills and Experience You’ll Bring to the Table:  

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program  
  • Active PA or NP license in the state of Michigan  
  • Authorization to practice and prescribe in accordance with state and federal regulations  
  • Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, preferably including leadership or supervisory responsibility  
  • Experience in behavioral health, infusion services, or procedural/ambulatory clinics preferred  
  • Strong proficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentation  
  • Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams and enforcing standards

Work environment: 

The Clinical Supervisor must be able to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally to assist fallen patients and up to 10 pounds frequently for routine tasks.
