What You'll Do
- Lead and manage a high-performing retail origination team
- Recruit, hire, and develop Loan Originators and support staff
- Drive production, performance metrics, and customer experience
- Oversee compliance, pricing adherence, and operational execution
- Handle escalations and collaborate with senior leadership
- Manage branch financials and expenses
- Continue personal production alongside leadership responsibilities
- Contribute to evolving the retail business model
What You Bring
- NMLS License required; multi-state licensing may be required
- 3+ years managing a mortgage sales team with proven results
- 5+ years in mortgage sales in a high-performance environment
- Deep knowledge of mortgage products, compliance, and pricing
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent
- Strong business acumen and leadership presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing profitability

- Base salary + commission + branch override
