We’re looking for a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our growing team. This role focuses on servicing walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines across light commercial environments such as gas stations, dollar stores, and similar retail locations. If you have strong refrigeration experience and enjoy working independently in the field, we’d love to connect. HVAC experience is a strong plus.

 What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in units, and ice machines
• Perform light service on rooftop units (RTUs) and other HVAC systems as needed
• Run service calls independently and manage your daily schedule efficiently
• Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch and customers
• Identify additional service needs and recommend appropriate solutions

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of refrigeration service experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues, not just replace parts
• HVAC knowledge (RTUs, split systems) is a major plus
• Experience with equipment such as Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Hussmann, True, or similar brands preferred
• EPA Certification required
• Valid driver’s license
