The School Office Administrator serves as the central point of communication and organization within the school, supporting students, families, and staff. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office while maintaining accurate records, assisting with student services, and coordinating key administrative functions.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Basic first aid knowledge preferred, will train
  • Proficiency with office software and communication platforms
  • Experience in a school or administrative setting preferred
  • Spanish and English bilingual preferred

Salary Description
25-27 per hour based on experience
