The School Office Administrator serves as the central point of communication and organization within the school, supporting students, families, and staff. This role ensures the smooth day-to-day operation of the school office while maintaining accurate records, assisting with student services, and coordinating key administrative functions.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Basic first aid knowledge preferred, will train
- Proficiency with office software and communication platforms
- Experience in a school or administrative setting preferred
- Spanish and English bilingual preferred
Salary Description
25-27 per hour based on experience
