Fulton Manor - Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Department: Fulton Manor - Long-Term Care Facility

Status Hours: Full-time, 80 hours bi-weekly

Shift: Primarily 1st shift, Variable Hours

Job Summary:

As the RN Unit Manager, you will assist the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing and coordinating all nursing services. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring residents receive individualized, high-quality care in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and evaluating nursing services
• Assist in managing staffing, training, and care delivery within budget
• Monitor and mentor nursing staff to ensure top-quality care
• Maintain accurate records and compile reports as needed
• Step in as Charge Nurse when required

• Current Ohio RN license required
• Long-term care and supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in high-pressure situations
• Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution abilities
