Starlite Associate (Part-Time)

At Starlite Family Fun Center, our Associates are the heart of the guest experience. Whether you’re working in Admissions, the Café, or the Skate Counter, your role is to help create a fun, energetic,  environment where families and friends can make lasting memories.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with a friendly attitude, positive energy, and a genuine smile.
• Help maintain a clean and exciting environment throughout the facility.
• Operate registers accurately and handle transactions with care.
• Ensure all skaters complete waiver requirements upon entry.
• Assist guests with skate rentals, including sizing, checking personal skates, and organizing returned skates.
• Stay informed on skating sessions, pricing, café menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Support sales of glow items, snacks, and treats to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep all areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times.
• Prepare food safely and operate kitchen equipment according to standards.
• Enforce facility rules in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
• Monitor activity on the floor to promote safety and help prevent accidents.
• Communicate effectively with managers and teammates  to keep sessions running smoothly.
• Encourage guests to sign up for birthday programs and email updates.
• Be flexible and ready to assist in other areas as needed—teamwork a must 

Must be at least 16 years of age

Must have reliable transportation to and from work

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude
