What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production, packaging, and facility equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
  • Support equipment including conveyors, pumps, motors, air compressors, boilers, printers, labelers, dehydrators, mills, blenders, chillers, and dock equipment.
  • Complete work orders and document maintenance activities within the maintenance management system.
  • Calibrate instruments and maintain required maintenance records.
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Partner with Production and Operations teams to identify and implement equipment improvements.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following GMP, food safety, and company procedures.
  • Support facility projects and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working with industrial manufacturing, production, or packaging equipment.
  • Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years supervising Production, Processing, and Packaging Equipment.
  • Minimum of 2 years industrial maintenance experience required.
  • Certificated on at least one of the following Technical Field Mechanic, Electric, HVAC, Welding, or Plumbing.
  • Knowledge of 5S and GMPs.
  • Experience in Clean rooms environment.
  • Computer skills required: Certificate of welding, Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. List others for your Roles (CRM, MRP, ERI, etc.).
  • Ability to travel between facilities.
  • Ability to travel up to 30 miles.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Trouble-shooting skills in electrical, pneumatic, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Clean rooms environment
  • Knowledge of 5S and GMPs
