Overview:
We are seeking a highly trusted, security-minded professional with strong competency in property management to support the day-to-day operations of a large private estate. This role requires the highest level of discretion and sound judgment due to the nature of services provided to a high-profile individual and the ongoing need to manage estate operations and vendors quietly, professionally, and efficiently.
The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, proactive about risk management, detail-oriented with operational oversight, and able to be on call as needed.
Essential Job Function and Responsibilities:
Estate Security & Risk Management
- Maintain a security-first mindset while supporting routine estate operations.
- Assist with assessing security risks related to vendors, contractors, deliveries, access points, and daily activities.
- Support access control procedures (e.g., guest/vendor screening, check-in/check-out workflows, escort protocols as needed).
- Monitor and document incidents, anomalies, and safety concerns; escalate appropriately.
- Coordinate with relevant security personnel and/or law enforcement partners when required.
- Ensure estate safety standards are consistently followed across all areas of the property.
Property Management (Operations Oversight)
- Support day-to-day operations of the estate, including coordination of maintenance, repairs, and facilities needs.
- Oversee vendor performance through inspections, communications, scheduling, and quality checks.
- Maintain operational continuity by tracking priorities, timelines, and follow-ups for contractors and service providers.
- Support upkeep of systems and property-related operational processes (grounds, buildings, access systems, general maintenance).
- Assist with routine audits of estate services to ensure reliability, responsiveness, and cost-effectiveness.
Vendor, Contractor, and Logistics Coordination
- Act as a trusted point of contact for vendors and contractors while ensuring compliance with estate policies.
- Coordinate scheduling to minimize disruption to the high-profile individual’s privacy and schedule.
- Ensure vendors understand access procedures, safety requirements, confidentiality expectations, and site etiquette.
- Review invoices and service completion details as appropriate for operational accuracy.
Discretion, Confidentiality & Professionalism
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, including schedules, locations, residents/guests, security measures, and operational details.
- Follow strict confidentiality standards at all times, including when communicating with third parties.
- Represent the estate with the highest professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
Availability / On-Call Requirement
- Be on call as needed to respond to operational or security-related needs, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.
- Maintain readiness to act quickly and appropriately—whether coordinating vendor response, addressing urgent issues, or escalating security concerns.
Schedule / Location
- Location: Large private estate (on-site required).
- Schedule: Full-time with an on-call requirement as needed, including evenings, weekends, and emergencies.

Compensation is targeted at $200,000 annually based on experience and certifications.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a security-focused role and/or private estate protection environment.
- Proven competency in property management operations (contractor coordination, maintenance oversight, operational tracking).
- Strong understanding of access control, risk awareness, incident documentation, and safety procedures.
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism—especially with high-profile individuals.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to provide clear updates without oversharing sensitive details.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality consistently.
- Reliable availability for on-call responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with private estates, luxury residences, or discreet service environments.
- Familiarity with coordinating multi-vendor operations for large properties.
- Training or certifications in security, incident response, or first aid/CPR (if applicable).
- Experience collaborating with executive households, private security teams, or facility management staff.
