Position Overview:

We are seeking a CAS Manager to lead client engagements, oversee accounting functions, and drive business development efforts. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will take ownership of client relationships, mentor team members, and contribute to the firm’s growth.


Requirements

What You’ll Do

• Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery 

• Oversee accounting operations and financial reporting 

• Mentor and develop staff 

• Identify and implement solutions to client needs 

• Contribute to business development and firm growth 


Qualifications

• CPA required 

• 6+ years of accounting/advisory experience 

• Strong leadership, client service, and problem-solving skills
