We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable individual to join our Accounting team. This entry-level opportunity with structured training is ideal for someone who works efficiently, communicates clearly, and has a willing-to-learn mindset.
Key Responsibilities After Training
- Apply and process customer payments accurately and on time
- Communicate with customers to resolve invoice questions
- Assist with collections in a professional, customer-focused manner
- Request and issue refunds, credits and apply accordingly
- Prepare customer statements and basic reports
- Support additional accounting functions as you grow in the role
- Ability to learn and willingness to adapt
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Excel, and Word
Education & Experience
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Coursework or interest in accounting, finance, or business a plus
Hours
- Full-time Days, Monday – Friday
- Onsite in Burnsville, MN
Wages:
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
