At Larson Dodge, Jeep, Ram, we are hiring motivated individuals who are ready to work with customers, stay active throughout the day, and build a long-term career in sales.

  

What You Will Receive

  • Uncapped commission structure 
    • 30% commission
    • $200 minimum per unit (up to $4,000+ depending on volume and pay structure) 
    • $500 per unit at 10+ sales (retroactive pay structure)
  • $55K–$90K realistic earning potential 
  • Paid training and ongoing coaching 
  • Consistent internet leads and showroom traffic

  What You Will Do

  • Work internet leads, phone inquiries, and walk-in customers daily 
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles 
  • Follow up consistently using calls, texts, and email 
  • Guide customers through the full sales process 
  • Maintain an organized pipeline

Requirements

 

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
  • Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
  • Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
  • Effective communication skills 
  • Professional appearance.
  • Basic mathematical aptitude
  • Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
  • Clean driving record with valid driver license.
  • Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
