- Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (8hr shift)
- Saturday out by 1p
- Not to exceed 30 hours per week

The Member Support Center offers service to our members by telephone, chat, mail, and email. As a Representative, you assist our members and potential members with requests, conduct financial transactions, explain services, and troubleshoot issues. Financial transactions include receiving checks, processing payments, transfers, account maintenance, opening accounts, and establishing services. Administrative duties may vary, such as account maintenance, record maintenance, product reports, deposit verification, and filing.
Prior banking experience highly desired.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years customer service and call center experience a plus.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
