Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Security Sales Representative / Account Manager to drive business development and support existing client relationships.
This role is responsible for expanding services within current accounts, generating new business, preparing proposals, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will act as a key point of contact for clients while working closely with internal teams to deliver solutions.
This position requires strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage both sales activities and customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain consistent in-office presence to support customer communication and team collaboration
- Answer and respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and sales orders
- Follow up on proposals within 48 hours to drive conversions
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues or complaints efficiently
- Serve as a primary contact for customer needs and service inquiries
Sales & Business Development:
- Expand services within existing accounts and secure new service agreements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Conduct site visits to evaluate customer needs and recommend solutions
- Promote company services and products to meet customer requirements
Account Management & Reporting:
- Develop and manage daily and weekly sales plans
- Track and report sales activities, including call reports and performance metrics
- Follow up with discontinued accounts to re-establish business relationships
- Communicate customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Two or more years of related experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in security systems and security sales
- Demonstrated history of sales quota results
- Familiarity with technical sales or field service environments
