JANSON is seeking a strategic and hands-on Vice President of Finance to lead financial operations in a high-growth, global defense environment. This executive will play a critical role in driving financial performance, shaping business strategy, and ensuring compliance within government contracting frameworks. The ideal candidate is eager to be an active leader, partnering across the organization to deliver superior service excellence to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial functions including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Oversee government contract accounting, ensuring compliance with FAR, CAS, and other regulatory requirements
• Direct pricing strategy and proposal support, including cost volume development and competitive analysis
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, growth initiatives, and global expansion
• Provide financial insights to drive decision-making, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Strengthen financial systems, controls, and processes to support scalability
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program management, business development, and operations

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in government contracting or defense
• Deep expertise in FAR, CAS, DCAA compliance, and cost accounting standards
• Proven experience in pricing, proposals, and strategic financial planning
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at the executive level
• Experience supporting growth in agile, complex, multi-domain or global markets such as Defense.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent preferred
