Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Help keep an efficient and profitable service department 
• Analyze sales, gross, expenses and other performance metrics monthly to maintain profit goals. 
• Follow dealership processes, including write up, dispatch, multi point inspection and active delivery. 
• Display and train exceptional customer service in person, via email or phone. 
• Resolve client complaints and concerns as needed.
• Achieve CSI, Hrs/RO and ELR objectives. 
• Ensure staff maintain a safe working environment. 
• Maintain shop special tools and equipment and return when jobs are completed

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Ensures that customer vehicles are kept clean and undamaged
• Ability to identify problems quickly
• Ability to learn new technology, repairs and service procedures and specifications
• Lead the department in the Leta for Life Way. 
• Excellent customer service skills
