Electronic Banking Representative I

Description
  • Perform electronic banking functions, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and customer support of online banking products, i.e. NetTeller, Bill Pay, Cash Management, Mobile Deposit, etc.
  • Monitor and research fraud alerts.
  • Perform a variety of computer operation duties by conducting specific system checks, evaluating problems, and proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Process incoming and outgoing ACH files, and support Cash Management customers.
  • Assist in processing of third-party business payments.
  • Perform transaction proof duties to ensure the processing of items by the end of the day.
  • Perform a variety of bank statement and notice-related duties, as well as sorting and processing mail.
  • Constructively interact with co-workers.


HOURS will average approximately 40 per week. This position is budgeted for 2,080 hours per year. 

Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related program software. 
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn position-related software, including AS/400 system.
  • Ability to effectively use general office equipment.
  • Electronic banking and computer hardware experience. 
  • Associate degree or equivalent educational experience. (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Online and Mobile Banking applications, a plus.
