Customer facing position that requires professsionalism, excellent communication skills and ability to route plan. The Porter's primary role is coordinating, the transport and tracking of vehicles between dealerships and shop for services. The Porter completes and documents vehicle inspections for damage according to procedur  Will be repsponsible for initiating maintenance of company vehicles and assists with cleanliness and organization of the shop.  

• Full time position Monday through Friday 8am- 5pm. 
• Must have valid driver license and clean driving record. 
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions safely.
• Ability to see color.
• Reading comprehension.
• Basic computer skills and mobile application used in performing duties.
• Analytical and problem solving skills for efficient route planning and time management. 
• Physical ability to walk distances up to a quarter mile on all terrains and weather conditionsin a timely manner. 
• Maintain professional standards of work ethic, reliability and communication.
• Review scheduling app. frequently to analyze and formulate efficient work flow for pick up and delivery.
• Communicate with Shop Manager and Customer Service Advisors to coordinate travel plans, updates and location of vehicles.
• Follow all procedures outlined for Porters responsible for the transporting of valuable property entruste to you with care and caution.
• Perform vehicle inspections for damage and record vehicle information in project.
• Inspect and manage company vehicles for cleanliness, maintenance and safety.
