SAFEWAZE – PRODUCTION ASSEMBLY ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a production assembly associate to join our production team that is responsible for overall appearance and assembly to produce fall protection equipment, while maintaining a high level of quality standards based on product specifications and achieving production goals.

- Full time, first shift work. Monday-Thursday 7am-3:30pm, Friday 6am-2:30pm
WHAT THE ROLE DOES:
- Read and comprehend workmanship standards, verbal instructions.
- Assemble components and products according to standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and report defects or discrepancies
- Work with other members of the production team to assemble or sew products using an automatic sewing machine.
- Assist in packaging and labeling when needed.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records.
- Able to use reason to solve problems as they arise and follow all safety guidelines.
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, twist and walk through the production area throughout the work shift.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Familiarity with basic model shop tools, sewing machines and procedures along with manufacturing processes
Salary Description
$16/hr.
